If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

1A.- Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Returned items must be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

Include a copy of your order’s packing slip or your name, the order number and your email address

Send all items back to us using your selected carrier. Be sure to insure the return for its full value. We will not be responsible for any items lost, prior to us receiving them.

Additional Information:

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment.
Although we will reimburse you for any shipping charges charged by us. It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping charges.
If the item returned does not meet the conditions in 1A, you will receive an email explaining the conditions and the adjusted refund you are eligible to receive.
If conditions in 1A are met, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment upon receipt of the product.
