If a certain piece of jewelry is out of stock even from QVC, please tell us. We are more than happy to take custom orders for the exact size that you need, specially made for you! If you are still interested in purchasing the jewelry, please include the type of jewelry, (ring, necklace, earring, bracelet), and your size within the email, and we will be more than happy to set up a custom order. We will give you the price quote for the piece since prices change over time and then after once its approved we will make the jewelry and have it shipped to you. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return/exchange/refund since these pieces are made special for you. The turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. While there is no minimum dollar requirement on the order, we do require that the piece be crafted in imperial 14k gold.
